How do I place an order?

Selecting a product

The GetNudies Shop website has a menu on the left hand side of each page showing the product categories. Click on a category to see the products in it.

After selecting a category, click on the image of the product or on ‘more info’ to see further details (e.g. sizes and price).

To search for a product, use the search bar, situated on the right side of each page. Enter your search term in the bar to search GetNudies Shop's entire product database.

Below are a number of examples of search terms that can be used in this search bar

The order in which you type the words doesn’t matter. However, it is important to enter a - space - between each search term or number.

Placing products in the shopping cart

Each product on a category page is accompanied by the words ‘more info’. Go to the product page by clicking on the product image or on the ‘more info’ button. The product page carries - in addition to a description and price - technical information, product videos, etc. It also has a button marked ‘Place in shopping cart’. Click on this button to see your product dragged to the shopping cart. Your shopping cart will remain positioned at top right on your screen.

Placing an order

To purchase the products in the shopping cart, click on the ‘Checkout’ button, situated top right on your screen under ‘Shopping cart’.

Click on the button ‘Next’ and complete the required information. Then click on ‘Complete’ to confirm the order. Depending on the payment method selected, you then go to a payment page. If you have chosen to pay in advance we will send the information you need to make the payment by e-mail.

What do I do if an article is defective?

If you wish to report a defect you may fill in a service form on our website or telephone our customer service.

We do not have a showroom! We only have offices in The Netherlands.

Can a delivery be postponed?

We offer a free ‘delivery on demand’ service. This means that we will store your order free for up to 30 days and you can activate delivery at any time during this period. In this way you can be sure of receiving your goods at the right time, avoiding any concerns about storage during busy periods like moving house, building or renovation.

How soon can I expect a response?

We strive to react to every request or report within 1 working day. In the unlikely event that you have not heard from us within 2 working days, please telephone us on: +31 598-690453.

It is often not possible to respond within 2 working days to a service request regarding delivery. This is because we often have to refer such requests to UPS for further processing of the enquiry. In such cases the response can often take a few days, for which we request your patience. In the event of questions regarding the status of your service request, e-mail us or telephone +31 598-690453.
